Available in South Africa only
The Plan
This service contract governs the hardware service and technical support provided to you by select retailers (list of retailers are listed here) under the above-mentioned plan (the “Plan”) for any reloved iPhone excluding the accessories contained in its original packaging (“Covered Device”) listed on your proof of coverage document (“Plan Confirmation”) purchased from Core or it's nominated points of sale offering the Plan.
2. Applicable 24 months (2 years) extended warranty by registering within 14 days of your purchase - When Coverage Begins and Ends.
Once your reloved iPhone is invoiced, you will be required to register on reloved.io to activate your 24 months (2 years) coverage. Coverage starts on the same day as your iPhone invoice date and will remain active for 24 months (2 years) thereafter. Should registration not take place within the 14 days from purchase, your reloved iPhone is covered by a standard 12 month warranty

The extended warranty for reloved products strictly covers technical faults relating to the product purchased. This includes but is not limited to the following major product components: battery, screen, audio, sensors and face ID.
